The myth that Agile and Traditional Project Methods are mutually exclusive may be overstated as clarity and agility could both be leveraged to deliver high performance results. About the Speaker:
Jonathan A. Ifechukwu is a Program Project Manager with over 20 years experience working on business transformation initiatives and has worked with the global consulting firm Accenture for about 9 years. He has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles and industries and has collaborated on several projects with multinationals as Coca-Cola Hellenic, Cadbury, Accenture, KPMG, Unilever, Diageo UK, and Government Agencies, Telcos and Financial Institutions on organizational redesign, performance management, process optimization and technology implementation projects.
 
Currently, Mr. Ifechukwu is a Project Delivery Manager, Mentor, and a Trainer with Pollard Consult, an endorsed IIBA Training Provider. He is a Prosci certified ITILv3 resource, SAP ERP Consultant, Scrum and Lean Six Sigma Certified and lives in Dallas, Texas.
