Speaker:  
Micah has worked in the financial sector for 16 years, specializing in UX for the past five years. His prior experience includes roles in wealth management, business banking, project management, and business analyst leadership.  In his current role, Micah leads UX research in the software development space.  Micah resides in Kalamazoo MI. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, spending time with family, and hanging out with his rescued dogs.
