Special Guest Speaker:  Oge Nwachukwu will present: Operationalizing the Business Analysis Core Concept Model.
The Business Analysis Core Concept Model™ (BACCM™) describes a set of ideas - core concepts of the business analysis practice and relationship among these ideas. The BACCM™ simplifies what it means to perform Business Analysis work irrespective of perspective, industry, methodology. Having a good understanding of these six core concepts is a key factor that sets up business analysis professionals to successfully enable change and deliver valuable solutions to stakeholders.  In this session, you will learn:

  • The Concept of BACCM Canvas 
  • The Elements of the BACCM Canvas 
  • Application of the BACCM Canvas 
  • How to design your own BACCM Canvas

About Our Speaker:  Oge Nwachukwu is a business transformation enthusiast. She has served as project manager, business analyst, and organizational change manager on diverse transformation projects, across multiple industry domains for over 15 years. She holds a First-Class honors degree and several other professional certifications; CBAP®, PMP®, PROSCI®, CPOA® and she is currently the Director, Professional Development, IIBA Halifax Chapter.  She equips aspiring business analyst with skills and knowledge they need to start and grow in their career through her training organization Pollard Consults, an IIBA endorsed education provider.
