Featured Topic: Just-in-Time Requirements: The Right Requirements at the Right Time 

Speaker:  Mathew McConnell, CBAP, PMP, CSM, CSPO started in Business Analysis at Jo-Ann Fabrics in Hudson, OH over 10 years ago. Since then, he's helped the US Department of Defense, MassMutual, rue21, and Giant Eagle improve the outcomes of their projects using a mystical blend of business analysis, project management, and agile. Matt is currently a Senior Business Analyst / Engagement Lead at Robbins-Gioia. Matt was a member of the Cleveland IIBA before he went home to Pittsburgh, where he's been the President of the Pittsburgh IIBA chapter since 2016. Matt is also active in PMI, having accepted the 2013 Northeast Ohio PMI Project of the Year Award on behalf of Jo-Ann Fabrics.

Cost: Free for chapter members. $5 for Guests outside of the hosting company (PNC).  Based on RSVPs, IIBA Members will be given first priority and the number of attendees may be limited to a pre-defined attendance capacity.
