SEPTEMBER 2021 VIRTUAL CHAPTER MEETING
Wednesday, September 22, 2021 -
5:45pm to 7:00pm
$0.00
Please join us for our September Chapter Meeting
on The Art of Productive Conversations!
A key business analyst skill is to ask targeted and probing questions then listen to the answers to know if we should continue delving further into a topic or begin anew. During this session, we will review the power we have in questions and the reward we get in the answers.
Agenda
- Discuss the difference in types of questions available to us and how each results in different information in responses
- Evaluate the different ways we listen, with active listening and other techniques, to increase understanding and build trust
- Practice several techniques and analyze how each benefits our work differently
