Project: Impossible. Minimum Viable Product at the Edge of a Cliff
June CLE Chapter Meeting featuring Howard Pearce
Agenda
6:00 - Welcome & Chapter business
6:10 - Howard Pearce presents Project: Impossible. Minimum Viable Product at the Edge of a Cliff
Topic is Project: Impossible. Minimum Viable Product at the Edge of a Cliff
This presentation is a case study of one of the most ambitious projects attempted in the 10 years of GiveCamp-Cleveland. The team of volunteers had less than 30 hours to deliver a product the customer hadn’t seen and had only kind of thought about. We will go through:
- the prep for the GiveCamp event
- how things came together and what worked
- what absolutely didn’t work
- the final results
- what we’d do differently
Speaker: Howard Pearce, CBAP is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, IT Project Portfolio Analyst Lead at Progressive, and an awesome human.
