Topic is Project: Impossible.  Minimum Viable Product at the Edge of a Cliff
This presentation is a case study of one of the most ambitious projects attempted in the 10 years of GiveCamp-Cleveland. The team of volunteers had less than 30 hours to deliver a product the customer hadn’t seen and had only kind of thought about. We will go through:

• the prep for the GiveCamp event
• how things came together and what worked
• what absolutely didn’t work
• the final results    
• what we’d do differently
