Speaker:  Lindsay Tripp is a Design Strategist & Storytelling Coach out of Nashville, TN with 15+ years of experience working in Corporate America, alongside consultants, architects, engineers, & executives.  

With a mission to help people build better futures, Lindsay specializes in Human Centered Design & Organizational Communications, enabling clients to solve complex challenges & supporting them through critical transformations. 

She is a creative force in the workplace, using her passion for design & continuous curiosity to encourage others to challenge themselves to be the change they want to see in others.  

Lindsay is inspired daily by her loved ones, co-workers, & anyone trying to leave a place better than they found it. In her free time, you can find her painting, salsa dancing, & on the perpetual search for the best BBQ in town… leads are very welcomed!
