Topic Summary: In the new BABOK 3.0, the IIBA places a significant emphasis on delivering business expected results.technological solutions and need to do a better job of ensuring success equals value, and appropriately so. Organizations make their biggest investments in technological solutions and need to do a better job of ensuring success equals expected results.

This session will define what it means to deliver business value and cover tips and techniques to help ensure that value is achieved.

Speaker Bio:

Amanda Dietz is a Vice President – Project Management and Business Analysis for Orion Development Group and lead instructor in Baldwin Wallace University’s Business Analysis Certificate. She as more than 20 years of experience in operations management, auditing and process improvement. As a trainer and consultant, Ms. Dietz is able to leverage her diverse expertise and strategic outlook to help clients achieve meaningful process improvements and business results.

Ms. Dietz attained extensive quality and process management experience in the corporate world, principally in the Financial Services sector. Ms. Dietz earned her BS in Finance from Indiana University and MBA in International Management from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Quality Manager (American Society for Quality).

Cost:

Free for chapter members. $5 for Guests outside the hosting company.  Based on RSVPs, IIBA Members will be given first priority and the number of attendees may be limited to a pre-defined attendance capacity.

RSVP is required to attend. E-mail the Cleveland Chapter and provide your Name, IIBA Membership number and email address. The deadline for RSVP's is Friday, October 18, 2015. If we are at capacity, you will be notified as soon as possible. Outside capacity issues, an official confirmation/invitation will be emailed to you after the RSVP deadline.
