Speaker Bio:  Alan Gaffney, VP Global eBusiness at Parker Hannifin
Alan Gaffney has global responsibility for leading Parker’s online commercial and digital marketing strategy.  Over the past few years Alan and the eBusiness team have integrated traditional and digital marketing tactics that migrate customers through the buying process.  We will hear about his experience supporting Parker’s online presence and aligning it with customer expectations

Cost:  Free for IIBA members and for employees of our Host (Parker Hannifin). $5 for Guests.  Based on RSVPs, IIBA Members will be given first priority and the number of attendees may be limited to a pre-defined attendance capacity.
