Featured Topic: "Is the Good Idea Fairy Really Your Enemy?"  Your project is up and running!  Everything is going swimmingly.  Then someone says, "How about we try this?" [cue sound of screeching and broken glass]. The Good Idea Fairy has arrived. This is sometimes a problem, but it is a critical tool for evaluating how or why a project is being done a certain way.  In this presentation, we will talk through some projects where this little fellow has helped or hurt.

Chapter Business:  This meeting will also serve as the Annual Chapter Elections where we will elect these positions:

• Chapter President - Emily Midgley, CBAP is standing for another term
• Chapter Treasurer - Ray Hamlin, CBAP, is standing for another term
• VP for Marketing and Communication - Robyn Gattozzi is running for this office 

The election as well as voting will be carried out via SurveyMonkey.

In addition we will discuss our updated Chapter ByLaws. Our old bylaws said you needed to be present to vote, but COVID restrictions will not allow this to be followed. Rather, you need to be a member in good standing to vote (current IIBA member with Cleveland as your Chapter Affiliation).
