Balancing Traditional and the Demands of Agile Delivery Method

Monday, November 21, 2022 -
6:00pm to 7:00pm

Please join us for our Cleveland IIBA Chapter meeting on November 21st at 6PM ET.  Featured is special guest Jonathan A. Ifechukwu, who will present:  Balancing Traditional and the Demands of Agile Delivery Method.

The myth that Agile and Traditional Project Methods are mutually exclusive may be overstated as clarity and agility could both be leveraged to deliver high performance results. Deciding on a choice of method for a project is usually predicated on organizational type, culture, regulatory or board requirements. This webinar seeks to remove the noise and free BAs to act as trusted advisors to their clients on methods that align more with their values to deliver expected business outcomes.

In this session you will learn:

  • How organizational type, culture, and maturity influence choice of project methods
  • Why a Hybrid Approach may be most suited for non-software projects
  • To be a Trusted Advisor by leveraging value from both methods to deliver high performance results
