Topic: Back to the Basics: Skills and Tools Every BA/BSA Needs for Success

Speaker: Rochelle Heywood is a dynamic Senior IT business leader with over 30 years dedicated to data transformation and data processing in large enterprise software applications, microapps, UNIX, and mainframe based systems. She also has an extensive background (15+ years) in systems development and analysis, a strong understanding of various technical products, and an ability to envision how those products can be used to meet client needs. She currently serves as a Business Analysis Manager - IT with PNC.
 
Her experience includes advance project management, business process mapping and development, operations, management planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and EDI transactions. She is an effective problem solver and visionary, utilizing her negotiation, communication, and project leadership skills to provide valuable solutions for her clients.
 
Rochelle has a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. She also holds the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master; Certified Product Owner;  Six Sigma – Yellow Belt. In addition, she has completed classes for CBAP, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Effective Supervision.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for organizations such as Make a Wish Foundation and Gwen’s Girls.
