Topic: Agile: Frameworks and Tools
This discussion will provide an overview of what Agile is and is not. A high level overview of different frameworks will be covered, along with an emphasis on the Scrum framework and its components and tools utilized.

Speaker: Cotilia Decembly is a Business Systems Analyst Consultant with PNC. She has over 12 years of experience in business analysis and project management. In addition, she has an extensive background in Quality Assurance with a focus on disciplined problem solving, policy and procedure creation, and performance capability analysis.  Cotilia is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Statistical Quality Control.

Education:          
B.S. in Chemical Engineering, University of Dayton
MBA, John Carroll University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship
 
Outside of work, Cotilia enjoys reading, gardening, serving her community through volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends.
