About Our Speaker: 

Beth Apetrior leads the User Experience design team at PNC responsible for creating inclusive interactions between employees and customers via the bank’s Customer Relationship platform. Prior to working at PNC, Beth managed service design for a global quality of life services company within the higher education vertical.
